Beyond Bars, Working Recovery!

At Beyond Bars, we aim to address the various challenges faced by BIPOC prisoners upon their release from prison, while also tackling the crucial issue of gun violence in East Toronto and Durham Region. Our comprehensive programs and services revolve around providing employment opportunities, financial literacy education, and promoting health and wellness—all through the empowering art of boxing, pastoral guidance, music, meditation and healthy food choices.
